What to expect
After contacting me, I will reach out to schedule a first meeting where we will start to discuss your experiences and goals as well as an initial plan and structure for our meetings.
We will discuss aspects of fees and payment, scheduling, and any forms required in the first appointment. If I think that another service is more appropriate in assisting you, I will also be happy to provide referral information.
A first appointment and subsequent psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes.
